Jack Bauer and Sarah Connor Set a Date

Fox announced that it will debut its Terminator spinoff, The Sarah Connor Chronicles on Jan 14th, pairing it with 24. The news comes as a bit of a surprise as 24 has long been the running partner for Prison Break. In addition, given the violent content of Chronicles, it’ll be interesting to see how its 8:00 p.m. spot goes over with parents and the like.

As for where Prison Break and K-Ville will head after the hiatus, the news doesn’t look good for K-Ville. With dwindling ratings and a high budget, the show will be lucky if it survives beyond the break, with the prospect of another season being highly unlikely. At this point, it’s tough to predict where Prison Break will land, but the show is a certainty to return on April 14th, finishing out its season in June.
