The Devil Wears Natalie Portman

Following in the footsteps of Sarah Jessica Parker, Milla Jovovich and Elizabeth Hurley, Indie uber-babe Natalie Portman is jumping into the fashion world by developing her own line of shoes. Not just any expensive shoe–she’ll design vegan heels!

The sweet veggie news for today is that Natalie Portman will design a shoe range for the Soho boutique Te Casan.

The shoes are vegan friendly, and debut in February, which should make for a very fun party complete with Natalie Portman on everyone’s camera phone rosters.[Fashionista]

Ah Natalie, always thinking of the vegetarians. The question is, though, how chewy will the sole be? (and will it be made of marzipan?)
