Your Mama Don’t Dance: (Lifetime, 9 PM) Tonight’s season premiere pairs 10 dancers with their parents in a dance competition worth $100,000. Each week a different team will be voted off until the live dance-off on April 18th. Lets hope the host, 90210 alum and Dancing With The Stars finalist Ian Ziering can help turn some left feet around for the crown.

Gone Country: (CMT, 8 PM) There’s no better way to find inspiration for your country album than by riding around in ATV’s and rolling around in the mud.

Oprah’s Big Give: (ABC, 9 PM) Oprah comes to prime time with the reality competition series premiere that tells ten lucky contestants to “give big or go home.” Of course, easier said than done when your donation options are anything from a recently-widowed mother of two, to a struggling center for people with Down Syndrome. Celebrity chef Jamie Oliver joins other judges Malaak Compton Rock (wife of comedian Chris Rock), and Tony Gonzales as they decide who deserves a million dollars for their do-gooding.

Unhitched: (9:30 PM) The Office’s Rashida Jones joins cast mates Johnny Sneed, Craig Bierko, and Shaun Majumder in this rowdy new comedy about four newly single Boston thirtysomething’s attempting to re-learn the rules of the dating game.

Dirt: (FX, 10 PM) In the season 2 premiere, Courtney Cox’s brilliant turn as the Lucy,comes back to life after being stabbed by a fed up actress last season.
