Larry and Andy Wachowski brighten up their amazing visual artistry so evidenced in their work on The Matrix trilogy and leave behind the burdensome need to have their story make any sense with the fast-paced feast for the eyes called Speed Racer, an adaptation of the classic 1960s anime cartoon.

The cast is as follows: Emile Hirsch as Speed Racer, Christina Ricci as Trixie, Matthew Fox as Racer X, Korean singing sensation Rain as Taejo Togokahn, Paulie Litt as Spritle, Roger Allam as Mr. Royalton, John Goodman as Pops Racer, Susan Sarandon as Mom Racer, Kick Gurry as Sparky and Nicholas Elia as Young Speed.
