When he’s not busy playing a bogus clairvoyant on USA’s comedy Psych, what is 32-year-old San Atonio, TX native James Roday watching on TV? Take a look below, unless of course you yourself are psychic and already know the answers.

TOP FIVE FAVORITE SHOWS OF ALL TIME:

1) Twin Peaks: For a guy with my sensibilities at 13 or 14, to be able to get a version of David Lynch that your parents didn’t realize was David Lynch - so it was OK to watch - was just mind-blowing and phenomenal. Especially the first 13 episodes, which are carved in my memory. (Watch the entire first season)
2) Family Ties: Alex P. Keaton was the man! (Watch full episodes)
3) Alf: It was so awesome, he was from the planet Melmac. (Watch full episodes)
4) Sports Night: That was the one Sorkin show that I really connected to because I’m a huge sports fan. I love the San Antonio Spurs, the Tennessee Titans, who used to be the Houston Oilers, and the New York Yankees. The Cowboys are my least favorite football team, and the Lakers are my least favorite basketball team.
5) Manimal: I’ve got to give a shout out to the 8 episodes of this show. I saw all 8. It was about a guy who could change into a hawk, a panther, or a snake, and he solved crimes! It was pretty awesome. Back then there was no money for effects, so you’d just see his hand circle and then Boom! He’s a panther. Or a hawk. Or a snake. Whatever that scene called for. It’s just an obscure show that I remember well from my youth.

GREAT SHOW HE’S NEVER SEEN:

The Wire: I wish I would have had the discipline to watch some. I feel like I should, but I’m not on that train yet and I want to get on it.

GUILTY PLEASURE SHOW:

WWE Monday Night Raw: I’m not Tivo-ing it, but if I’m home and it’s on, it’s at least on in the background. (Watch the latest clips)
