NOW PLAYING:

For a Few Dollars More

Sergio Leone’s spaghetti westerns are among the most revered films in the genre. His “Dollars” trilogy started with A Fistful of Dollars and ended with The Good, The Bad and The Ugly, and in the middle, we find For a Few Dollars More, which stars Clint Eastwood as The Man With No Name, the iconic badass that came to define his image.

This time, the man comes to town hunting the bounty on a ruthless gangster named El Indio (Gian Maria Volonte), one of the most wanted fugitives around as well as a guy with a musical pocketwatch that plays when he’s about to commit murder. Along the way, he meets up with another like-minded gunslinger by the name of Col. Douglas Mortimer, the Man in Black (Lee Van Cleef). Together, they track down this dirty dog by infiltrating his gang of bank robbers to take it apart from the inside… but there’s more than money at stake when it all shakes out, and it hinges on just where Indio got his hands on that watch in the first place.

Billy Two Hats

The legendary Gregory Peck stars as a Scottish bandit by the name of Arch Deans, who teams up with the half-Indian, half-white criminal named Billy Two Hats (Desi Arnaz Jr.) to knock over a bank. It’s an ill-fated excursion, however, which ends badly in an accidental murder, which gets a whole new kind of heat on them. When Billy finds himself captured by the law, Deans’ rescue effort is successful, but it also results in a bullet in his leg, forcing Billy to go to desperate measures to keep himself and his partner out of the hands of Indian-hating lawman Sheriff Gifford (Jack Warden).
