Tony (Michael Biehn) is a grizzled American cop who finds his cover blown during a Mafia investigation, which lets the man he’s after escape justice. The botch gets him shifted back to homicide to partner up with a young Korean cop named Kim (Joong-Hoon Park) who is in town to look into a murder connected to the Yakuza, the Japanese mob. The two cops hate each other, but when a turf war erupts between the two deadly organizations, they have to team up to fight crime.
