Fame! They Wanna Teach Forever!

They are remaking Fame, just so you know, and they’ve gathered an interesting group of theatrical and TV stars to play the roles of the faculty at the New York School of the Performing Arts. Not only are Kelsey Grammer and Bebe Neuwirth, former TV spouses from Cheers and Frasier, going to be on staff, but they’ve also brought in Megan Mullally of Will & Grace, choreography legend and original Fame star Debbie Allen and Charles S. Dutton, who is renowned for turning his own sitcom Roc into a live theatrical production every week it was on.
