Scarlett Johansson’s S’not Funny With Jay Leno

Scarlett Johansson blew it with Jay Leno. During her December 17 appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jay Leno,” the actress complained of a cold that she caught from Samuel L. Jackson, the co-star of her new film “The Spirit” — and because the cold was the result of the convergence of two-megawatt stars, Johansson believed her cold had some significant value. Leno decided to test that theory by providing her with a tissue, into which she blew her nose. As a result, the star’s tissue will be posted on eBay today with all proceeds of the sale to benefit the charity of Johansson’s choice, USA Harvest.
