Hi guys.

I’ve had a really busy week filming 30 ROCK this week. As you know, from watching the show, some episodes I’m on a little and some I’m on a lot. And the episode we’re filming this week, I have a lot to do. And it’s been great fun and very hard work with long hours.

Kelley, you asked me a question about breaking into acting in tv and film and you said you’re not a “Hollywood type”. well, NY & LA probably have the most movies & tv shows being filmed. If you don’t live in NY or LA, locate your state film commission because they will tell you what films are shooting in town. North Carolina, Pittsburgh, Connecticut, and if you live in Canada (Toronto or Vancouver especially) – they shoot lots of movies and some tv shows there as well. Just do some google searches for acting in movies and film & tv wherever you are and get involved. a good magazine to check out is Backstage. Get good headshots, but try not to spend too much money on them. Hope that helps.

I’ve been playing a lot of ping pong recently. The other night after a long day of filming, I felt I needed some exercise, so i went to FAT CAT in NYC to play ping pong. It’s a lot of fun there.

Tuesday I got some great news. The new movie I’m in “THE WRESTLER” got nominated for 3 Spirit Awards. Best picture, Best Actor & Best Cinematography. And on a trivia note, some of the camera crew from 30 ROCK also worked on The Wrestler. So congratulations to everyone involved.
