Hugh Jackman Speaks On “Wolverine”

There have been rumors of strife on the set between perennial micromanager 20th Century Fox and X-Men Origins: Wolverine director Gavin Hood, and rumors of massive reshoots going on currently for Fox’s summer tentpole movie, but Hugh Jackman himself has given some clarification on what’s going on with the project. In an effort to put fears to bed, he’s sent out the cool picture above of the Weapon X crew - Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool, Taylor Kitsch as Douchebag - er, Gambit, Jackman as Wolverine, Liev Schreiber as Sabretooth and Lynn Collins as Silver Fox - and declared that these aren’t reshoots, but rather scenes that couldn’t be shot until now due to scheduling conflicts. Here’s hoping that’s not just salvaging spin.
