David Letterman’s Conduct Did Not Violate CBS Regulations
David Letterman’s sexual liaisons with members of his staff don’t violate any CBS regulations on supervisor/subordinate relationships.
But that’s because Letterman doesn’t work for CBS. Instead, the late night king works for his own production company, World Wide Pants.
“We have a written policy in our employee manual that covers harassment,” said a WWP spokesperson to . “It is circulated to every employee every year. Dave is not in violation of our policy and no one has ever raised a complaint against him.”
Letterman confessed to having sexual affairs with some of his female staff members on Thursday night’s ‘Late Show.’ On last night’s episode, he apologized to his wife, Regina Lasko.
