‘Family Guy’ ‘Strikes’ Back with ‘Empire’ Spoof
An evil force meets The Force in a cartoon clash of sheer brilliance.
Stewie Griffin is Darth Vader once again in a new ‘Family Guy‘ ‘Stars Wars’ spoof that takes aim at the ‘Empire Strikes Back.’
The special hour-long episode titled ‘Something, Something, Something Dark Side’ will be released on DVD on Dec. 22nd, just in time to get stuffed into some stockings.
“It’s a lot of work, and it’s mainly because of what the movie was, and how visually impressive the movie was,” says ‘Family Guy’ creator Seth MacFarlane.
While waiting for this gem to be released, you can watch full episodes of ‘Family Guy’ here.
Below is the first image of the highly anticipated parody, and it shows Stewie Vader taking a swing at another ‘Star’ icon of space…Leonard Nimoy, as he prepares to smash Spock’s mailbox with a bat. Good times.
‘Family Guy’ hit it out of the park in 2007 with a previous ‘Star Wars’ spoof called ‘Blue Harvest.’
