Jon & Kate Spend July 4 Together

There were more fireworks for Jon and Kate Gosselin - but these were enjoyable.

Despite their plans to divorce, the stars of TLC’s ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8‘ spent the July 4 holiday together with their children yesterday at their Wernersville, Pa. home. The kids played games and picked blueberries for Kate’s Happy Birthday America cake (blueberries for stars, strawberries for stripes).

According to website Radaronline.com, Jon and Kate Gosselin seemed “to try and ignore each other as much as possible.”

TLC has put the series on hiatus until August. Watch Kate announce a new chapter.
