Tuned In: What’s Hot In The World Of TV

CBS held off ABC with its lineup of repeats to win the Monday ratings battle, although ‘The Bachelorette‘ helped the Alphabet network to the coveted demo win. Jillian finally said good-bye to Wes (and his ulterior motives) on the show, leaving a final three of Kiptyn, Reid and Ed. At this point, it’s got to be Kiptyn’s to lose right?

As if there was any doubt, ‘The Real Housewives of New York City‘ will officially return for Season 3 in 2010, it was announced by Bravo today. Production will begin in the Fall, and the search is on for additional Housewives. Hmm, could this mean the Kelly Bensimone experiment of Season 2 is over? As much as we’d like to never see her again, it is delicious to thing about more Kelly-Bethenny throwdowns. Season 2 of the series set record highs, with over 2 million total viewers tuning in for both the season finale and reunion episodes. And with ‘The Real Housewives of D.C.’ on the way soon, the franchise only continues to get stronger…
