ABC Planning Another ‘Grey’s’ ‘Private Practice’ Crossover

Get ready for more ‘Private Practice’ meets ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ as Kate Walsh will return to Seattle Grace in a special crossover episode, according to the Ausiello Files.

The storyline will start on ‘Grey’s Anatomy‘ as Mark convinces Addison to perform a surgery at his hospital and then will move over to ‘Private Practice‘ as complications force Mark to visit Los Angeles.

This won’t be the first time Walsh has returned to ‘Grey’s Anatomy,’ as she showed up in a special episode shortly after her spinoff premiered.

Paths crossed again in February when Walsh’s Addison had to face her ex-husband Derek and then Chandra Wilson’s Dr. Bailey visited Oceanside Wellness earlier this season — it’s difficult keeping track of these frequent travelers.

The latest ‘Grey’s Anatomy’ crossover episode is scheduled to air sometime in early January.
