Report: Alyssa Milano Sitcom Set for ABC

Alyssa Milano, perhaps best known for growing up as Samantha Micelli on ‘Who’s the Boss?’ and more recently for her love of Major League Baseball, is reportedly headed back to TV.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, ABC is set to order 13 episodes of Milano’s new comedy series, ‘Romantically Challenged,’ for the upcoming midseason.

The sitcom focuses on a newly-single thirtysomething man who is torn between his girlfriend and best friend.

The show, primarily because of Milano’s strong performance in the pilot, was rumored to be headed for ABC’s fall lineup but was ultimately not chosen.
