I hate waking up to the spectacle on the KNBC morning news known as Elita Loresca, she of the giant fake weather boobs (check ‘em out in the photo) and tight, no make that super-tight sweaters. With her, it’s always a little nippy in L.A. Instead of a “Storm Watch,” we get a “Boob Watch.” Voted TV’s sexiest news babe by FHM readers a year or so ago when she was in Miami, she parades those enormous hanging chads every day between 5 and 7 am. Note to news director: I don’t need that in the morning! I just want the weather, not a porncast. What bugs me even more is that she goes through the

motions of her daily weather chores like she doesn’t have the largest breasts ever seen on a news broadcast…OK, now that I got that off my chest…Tim Russert. What’s left to say that hasn’t already been said? The outpouring of love and grief is unbelievable, but seems so genuine. I don’t think Peter Jennings got this kind of send off. I just don’t think I can listen to the quivering voices of Keith Olbermann or Matt Lauer anymore. So sad. We lost a great one. And how are we supposed to go through the upcoming election without Tim? He was the guy to turn to. The guy with all the answers whether you liked them or not. And the only guy on TV who truly showed a passion for what he was doing. You could see how much he loved his job. I honestly can’t name anyone else in TV news who has that joy for what they do. And Meet The Press? I think the heir apparent out of the current crop is David Gregory. He’s been so eloquent and articulate speaking about his late boss it’s almost like he’s already positioning himself for the job. Give it to him at least for now. There’s no one else. And NBC has lost a major force in their executive ranks. He had an eye for real talent unlike some of these local idiots whose job it is to hire on-air talking heads… Oh Tim, I know you’d never hire someone like Elita.
