Bravo Gambles on ‘Top Chef: Las Vegas’

‘Top Chef: Las Vegas‘ is coming to a kitchen near you soon.

Bravo’s only other non ‘Real Housewives‘ related hit gets a premiere date: Wednesday, August 26th, at 9 p.m./ET.

And the 17 new contenders for the title of ‘Top Chef’ have been revealed. Meet the Chefs Here.

Coincidentally, Bravo’s former marquee series, ‘Project Runway,’ just released the cast of its new season, now airing on Lifetime.

Host Padma Lakshmi, head judge Tom Colicchio, and food critic Gail Simmons all return in ‘Top’ form. And, unfortunately, that grating new judge Toby Young was not told to ‘pack his knives and go,’ so he’ll be back as well.

Guest judges on the menu for the sixth season include Wolfgang Puck, Nigella Lawson, and Natalie Portman (who previously appeared as a celebrity judge on ‘Project Runway’). Occasional guest Rocco DiSpirito will inevitably pop up, but hopefully bad boy Anthony Bourdain will too.
