Farrah Fawcett
, best known for her role as Jill Munroe on ABC’s 70’s series ‘Charlie’s Angels,’ died this morning at St. John’s Health Center in Los Angeles - she was 62.

“She’s gone. She now belongs to the ages,” O’Neal told People magazine. “She’s now with her mother and sister and her God. I loved her with all my heart. I will miss her so very, very much … I talked to her all through the night. I told her how very much I loved her. She’s in a better place now.”

Diagnosed with a rare form of cancer in 2006, Fawcett had a malignant rectal polyp removed and pursued chemotherapy before opting for alternative treatments in Germany.
