Golden Globes to Air Live Nationwide

The Hollywood Foreign Press Association has announced that the live telecast of next year’s Golden Globe awards will be on January 17th 2010 at 8:00 PM ET. It is the first time that the show will be aired live nationwide. During previous years, viewers on the West Coast had to wait until prime time to watch the awards be won.

The ceremony will be held at the Beverly Hilton hotel. The announcement of nominees will be at 5:00 AM ET on December 15th, 2009.
