Holly Madison Gets New Reality Show: ‘Planet Holly’

Holly Madison is making a come back to the small screen. The former ‘Girls Next Door’ star and number one girlfriend to Hugh Hefner is getting her own reality show.

According to the New York Daily News, the new show called ‘Planet Holly’ is set to begin filming in October.

“It’s all good-natured and not mean like other reality shows,” said Madison who will also be serving as co-producer on the show. “It’s the perfect excuse for me to be normal in a lighthearted comedy romp,” she said. “Think ‘Mary Tyler Moore.’”

Madison, who is currently starring as Bo Peep in the Vegas burlesque show Peepshow, believes she can serve as a positive role model for young women. “Just because I’ve wound up in Peepshow on the Strip, I’m not stopping,” she said. “I’ve set myself five more things to achieve in life. I will never stop setting new goals because I’m having fun living life.”

Madison, who is the second Girl Next Door to leave the show after Kendra Wilkison will be making an appearance on the October 11 premiere of the new season as Hef and his new gaggle of blonde beauties make a trip to Vegas to see Holly perform.
