It’s Official! (Kind of) Katie Holmes To Dance On ‘SYTYCD’

‘So You Think You Can Dance’ judge Nigel Lythgoe has confirmed the network’s plans to feature Katie Holmes on the show. Sort of.

“It’s about a charity [but] I do not have the status,” said Lythgoe adding that the announcement cannot be made until all the legal channels have been cleared. “It’s just not legal to talk about it at the moment,” he said.

Katie is said to be performing a bit from Judy Garland’s ‘Get Happy.’ Lythgoe, who may also be directing her performance, also added “Katie is a small part of what is going on. It’s more than Katie.”

In the past, Katie also danced during her guest appearance on ‘Eli Stone.’
