Frat Pack co-founder and Steve Carell buddy Jack Black and super sexy Jessica Alba are headed to The Office to guest-star in an episode that will air after the eyeball-sucking Super Bowl on February 1st.

According to The Hollywood Reporter the episode will follow the action as the 9-to-5ers try to secretly watch a bootlegged Hollywood movie at work. Both stars will play celebrities who star in the illegal film.

Jack Black most recently starred in Tropic Thunder, the summer box office smash that lifted Ben Stiller’s sagging comedy movie career, and wowed audiences with Robert Downey Jr’s performance as a disillusioned actor willing to jump into the skin of his next make-or-break character - literally.

But Black has a long history of television work, going back to the early 90s with small roles on Northern Exposure, The X-Files and Picket Fences. All just fodder for the day he appeared in his break out role as Barry in High Fidelity. But to millions of fans he’ll always be the hapless, and unqualified substitute teacher Dewey Finn (AKA Ned Schneebly) who rallied the private school troops, whipping them into shape for their reign as School Of Rock hall of famers.

Hmmm… looks like Jack’s just in time once again. Is it possible he may be on to give Andy some much needed sitar lessons? Or maybe it’s time to kick start his TV career once more.

Find out on The Office when it opens after The Super Bowl February 1st, on NBC.
