Corinne Gehris worked as a flight attendant on Oprah’s $42 million private jet - that is until July when she was fired for allegedly fooling around mid-flight with the plane’s chief pilot, Terry Pansing.

Gehris has now filed a federal lawsuit claiming both wrongful termination and defamation. In addition to vehemently denying the allegations, she is asking for a large sum in damages.

She is also spilling some dirty laundry of her own.

According to the New York Post, Gehris’ lawsuit “claims fellow flight attendant Myron Gooch and Kirby Bumpus — the daughter of Winfrey’s best friend Gayle King concocted the tale to get them fired.”

Why might they have made up such a story?

In her legal papers, Gehris claims Gooch allegedly had a mile-high fling with King during a 2008 flight from the Canary Islands to Chicago.

“Winfrey knew of, but did nothing about, this highly intimate and unprofessional flight conduct by Gooch,” the lawsuit alleges, according to the Post.
