By shedding 112 lbs - almost half her starting weight - over the course of the season, Ali Vincent, the hairdresser from Arizona, won BIG on last night’s Biggest Loser finale, beating out other Loser’s Roger and Kelly, and taking home the $250K prize. Check out the before and after photos below for the amazing transformations she and the other finalists went through:

The 5′5″, 32-year-old won by literally shedding half her starting weight - 234 lbs - and is now down to 122 lbs.

The 6′0″, 40-year-old started out at 370 lbs. but dropped 164 lbs weighing in at 206 lbs.

The 5′5″ 38-year-old started at 271 lbs and lost 109 for a final weigh-in of 162 lbs.
