‘The Hills’: Baby Fever & Rehab In The New Season

‘The Hills‘ returns September 29, and it looks like the new season will bring on the intrigue, drama…and babies?

Kristin Cavallari returns as the wicked witch of the west coast, and the now infamous cast is super worried. “She’s the girl that’s going to stab us all in the back and she doesn’t care,” says Stephanie Pratt in the trailer for the season premiere. “She’s like a disease you can’t get rid of.”

Audrina Patridge might just be worried that the blond vixen will steal her mens. “Lauren told us that she’s a man eater, she’s a boyfriend stealer,” she tells a friend. “Bad seed? Rotten to the core?” says her worried girlfriend.

And the drama gets even better when Kristin and Justin Bobby - Audrina’s ex - end up on a romantic date.

Meanwhile, on a completely different dimension (in her head), Heidi Montag starts getting baby fever - while Spencer freaks. “You’re 22, yo!” he says, with the look of a hunted man passing over his face.

But the duo is also doing something positive. They are so concerned over Heidi’s sister, Holly, that they have an intervention. “I have [a rehab facility] picked out,” says Spencer.
