TLC To Subpoena Gosselin Girlfriend Glassman, Lohan Dad

First comes love, then comes court, or at least that’s how things are playing out for Jon Gosselin’s girlfriend Hailey Glassman following a lawsuit filed by TLC.

People.com reports that TLC will subpoena Glassman in a breach-of-contract suit filed last month against Gosselin — the network claims Gosselin did not comply with agreed upon rules for public appearances and statements on behalf of ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8.’

Glassman will join Lindsay Lohan’s father Michael on the list of people being deposed by TLC after a Maryland court granted the motion.

Others on the list include Gosselin’s management team and lawyer.

Mark Jay Heller, Gosselin’s lawyer, has already stated that the suit is “baseless.”

Despite the suit TLC will continue airing episodes of the hit reality show until the November finale.
