HBO Shutters ‘Tell Me You Love Me’

HBO has scrapped the super racy series, Tell Me You Love Me, after one season. Producer Cynthia Mort said production was stopped because they were “unable to find the direction of the show for the second season,” and said that “considerable amount of time” passed since the first season ended. The show, whose strong sexual content was often the source of much water cooler buzz, followed the lives of three couples who are undergoing couple’s therapy. Oh well, at least they always have Showtime’s Californication to fill those explicit shoes.
