Mark Wahlberg Responds To “Mark Wahlberg Talks To Animals”

Recently on Saturday Night Live, Andy Samberg mocked Mark Wahlberg with hilarious results in “Mark Wahlberg Talks To Animals.”

The subject came up during the Max Payne press conference over the weekend, and Marky Mark didn’t shy away from it. In fact, he volleyed back to Samberg and left the ball in his court.

“It’s flattering. Obviously, it wasn’t as funny as the Tina Fey-Sarah Palin thing, so… I don’t know. Maybe it’s a little jab because I’ve refused to do the show so many times, but I don’t know. It was funny, you know. ‘Say hi to your mother for me’ is my new catchphrase, even though I never really said that before, but I’ll take it and run with it. No, it was not as funny as Hot Rod the movie, but he’s gotta do what he’s gotta do to make a living. I ain’t knockin’ it. It’s all good.”

The crowd gave him an amused “oh snap, no he din’t” kind of reaction at the Hot Rod slam. Obviously, he’s trying to play it off, but he seems a little bit surly about it, too. Samberg, of course, has one hell of a showcase for his return fire, should he choose to lock and load again. And there’s a lot more of Mark’s body of work to mock.
