The Joker

The Dark Knight
The second highest grossing movie of all-time arrives on DVD, although it’s due back in theaters at the end of January for another fun run that, with any luck, may nudge it over Titanic for the number one spot. Finally, you can watch the growly Batman, the pitch-perfect creepy Joker and the tragic Harvey Dent at home.

Horton Hears a Who
Jim Carrey voices the titular Horton in this adaptation of Dr. Seuss’ classic tale about a goofy pachyderm who is the only one who can hear that there’s an entire tiny world of Whos run by Steve Carell living on a speck of dust on a flower.

*****

Man On Wire
A documentary detailing French artist Philippe Petit’s unbelievable tightrope walk between the twin towers of the World Trade Center back in 1972.
