Oscar Team-Up of Wilkinson and Gilroy Strikes Again

Tom Wilkinson and Tony Gilroy, both nominated as supporting actor and director categories for Best Picture nominee Michael Clayton, are teaming up again on Duplicity. Billy Bob Thornton is also joining the cast already populated by Julia Roberts and Clive Owen, according to Variety.

Thornton and Wilkinson will play the CEOs of rival pharmaceutical companies racing to corner the market on an innovation that will bring wild profits. Roberts and Owen play corporate spies who try to manipulate which corporation will win.

If only Duplicity was a sequel to Multiplicity. We could have four Michael Keatons competing for Julia’s affection! Hey, Steve!
