Pamela Anderson, 42, gave Hugh Hefner a very appropriate birthday surprise for his 82nd back in April. She brought out cake for him while in the nude. However, girl next door, Holly Madison, was a bit squeamish about it, saying, “I felt like I shouldn’t look because I know her, and she walked out naked! So I was, like, looking around, trying not to look there!”

Kendra Wilkinson, on the other hand, was perfectly happy in the presence of the aging starlet in the buff. “I think it was the perfect surprise for him,” she said to US Magazine. “Come on, Pam Anderson, walking out with a cake naked … what can get better than that?” Oh, how newsie.
