Russell Brand as The Brother Sparrow?

Russell Brand has been forced to resign from his BBC radio show after a big stink was raised about his harassing 76-year-old Fawlty Towers star Andrew Sachs via phone with repeated claims that he had sex with his granddaughter, among various other salacious things. Yet rumors abound now that Brand will be able to parlay his Forgetting Sarah Marshall success to Pirates of the Caribbean 4 to play the younger brother of Johnny Depp’s Captain Jack Sparrow. Does that sound like a good idea to you?
