The new-look 007 is back for a second installment in the gritty high-octane revamping of the classic spy franchise, and in Quantum of Solace, all trace of whimsy has been banished. This time, we get James Bond picking right up where he left off, feeling angry, betrayed and vengeful, which leads him to go off the reservation on his own ruthless quest for revenge, all the while denying that the woman he lost in Casino Royale, Vesper Lynd, ever meant anything to him.
