Chaz Davenport (Gabriel Mann) is the owner of the hottest nightclub and surrounded by the hottest chanteuses in town, living the best kind of bachelor life a man could imagine, surrounded by incredible blues music every night, when the city can avoid its frequent mood-killing blackouts that puts his world in darkness. But things start to go rough for our man Chaz when a love triangle involving two of the singers at his club - Crystal the star (Bijou Phillips) and the mysterious new girl Madelaine (Izabella Miko) - starts to heat up in its intensity at the same time a nasty loanshark starts to close in. It gets harder and harder to know who in the world he can trust, especially when the people in this world that Chaz knows best start to turn up dead. Welcome to the Blues. Welcome to Dark Streets.
