Pussycat Dolls Present: Girlicious: (CW, 9 pm) First Beyoncé made Bootylicious a household word. Then Fergie had a mega-hit with Fergalicious. Now, Pussycat Doll’s creator Robin Antin (sister to Blow Out’s Jonathan Antin) hopes to have another –icious sensation on her hands with the creation of the all-female group: Girlicious. The season premiere starts with 15 new girls singing and dancing it out for a spot in tonight’s top twelve. After weeks of blood, sweat, tears, and tight clothing, only one will go on to join the other two pre-existing girls in the group, and with any luck, fame and fortune will ensue! Watch clips right here.

History Of The Joke: (History, 9 pm) Knock Knock? Who’s There? Interrupting Cow. Interrupting Cow Who? Mooo. Uh, we guess it doesn’t really work when it’s written down. According to social commentator and funny-man extraordinaire Lewis Black, that’s not the only reason it doesn’t work. So what are the components of a good joke? Watch tonight as host Black consults with comedians George Carlin, Dave Attell, and others on the origins of the joke.

Prison Break: (Fox, 8 pm) It’s part two of the two-part mid-season finale (Yes, the strike-stunted mid-season finale), and we’ve got questions. Will LJ and Sofia be rescued? How are T-Bag and Sucre dealing with the aftermath of the attempted break? And where will Michael, Linc, and Mahone wind up?

My Dad Is Better Than Your Dad:
(NBC, 9 pm) Jock/hunk Dan Cortese is back on TV hosting this brand new reality competition series which pits four teams of fathers and children against each other in a battle of smarts/wits/stamina/good parenting to earn bragging rights and a bid at $50,000.

Kyle XY:
(ABC Family, 8 pm) Kyle tries his best to right his wrongs with Jessi by taking her on a fact-finding mission to the University of Washington. However, what the trip reveals about Jessi’s mother is far beyond what Kyle ever expected.
