Prolific producer whose first film, "Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid" (1969), was made through Newman-Foreman Productions, a company he formed with Paul Newman. The film erought Foreman his first Oscar nomination; he earned a second for "Prizzi's Honor" (1985), the last of four John Huston films that he produced. Other credits include "They Might Be Giants" (1971), "The Man Who Would Be King" (1975) end "Ice Pirates" (1984).
