A Man Called Shenandoah (1965-1966)

"...Oh Shenandoah, you're doomed to wander, so roam in search of home, 'cross this land so lone-ly." A man, shot for unknown reasons and left to die on the prairie, is found by two bounty hunters who bring him to a nearby town. There he is cared for by Kate, a saloon girl who nurses him back to health. Upon regaining consciousness, he finds himself a man without a memory and unaware of who or what he was. The series, set in the 1860s, follows the trail of an amnesiac, "A Man Called Shenendoah," seeking an identity and a home.
