An ensemble drama series about law enforcement in New York. Members of the NYPD team up with FBI agents to battle organized crime. Characters include: seasoned, cynical Detective Mike Mooney; his young, ambitious partner Detective Vincent Trout; high-level FBI agents Will Preecher and Jimmy Flynn; rookie FBI agent Sarah Day, who has been brought in to replace Teddy Olsen, a veteran agent who's uncomfortable with tactics employed by some of the younger agents; FBI informant Terry Maddock, a bar owner in Hell's Kitchen; and Chris Scott, a young, stree-smart thug.
