The water has broken, and Rachel's baby will arrive at any minute. As Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) moans over the fact that her hospital room may not be entirely private (if indeed a room opens up on time!), her mother, Mrs. Geller (Christina Pickles), makes a last-minute plea to Ross (David Schwimmer) -- marry the girl! Meanwhile, Joey (Matt LeBlanc) continues to pine for Rachel, and Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) has some palpitations of her own when she meets a handsome stranger. This episode originally aired as the first half of an hour-long special, but has since been released separately in syndication.
