Maria Pitillo guest stars as Laura, the social worker assigned to visit Monica (Courteney Cox) and Chandler (Matthew Perry) to discuss their prospects for becoming adoptive parents. Arriving at the apartment, Laura is seized by a feeling of déjà vu -- understandable, since she previously had a one-night stand in the selfsame apartment with Joey (Matt LeBlanc).
