It's discovered that a simple man has the ability to control electricity. The team hunts him down after he accidentally causes an elevator to crash down, killing all inside. A more nefarious group, with ties to the Pattern, finds him first but Olivia's team gets him back. Dr. Bishop turns to specially trained homing pigeons to help him break the case.
