Dan travels back to the early 90's where he seems to be tracking a serial kidnapper but Livia insists that his true mission is with the victim, not the criminal. IN spite of her warnings about digressing fro the mission, Dan makes sure the kidnapper is caught, endangering his future self when the man gets out of prison and comes looking for him. Katie wonders what effect Dan's disappearances are having on Zack when she is called into his school for a meeting. Meanwhile, Jack remains skeptical, but begins to see evidence that Dan might be telling the truth about his travels.
