Heat Wave
As a heat wave sweeps over Roswell, Liz (Shiri Appleby) contemplates whether it's responsible for the increased amount of young love at school, cases in point being Michael (Brendan Fehr) and Maria's (Majandra Delfino) blooming relationship and Liz's ex-boyfriend Kyle's (Nick Wechsler) romance with Vicky Delaney (Meghan Gallagher). Meanwhile, Alex (Colin Hanks) continues to resent Liz for keeping him in the dark, and refuses to tell her what Sheriff Valenti (William Sadler) has been questioning him about.
