The Martian Manhunter tracks down a wraith from the Phantom Zone but gets wounded when he confronts it. Meanwhile, Lex and his commando unit have closed in on the wraith and attempt to capture it so that the lab can put its DNA into the genetic makeup of the Super Soldiers; Clark reveals to Lana that he's from outer space. She confesses to Clark that she married Lex in order to protect him from Lex's father. But Lex's father comes forward and says that he was using Lana to spy on his own son to make sure Lex didn't get to Clark. After Lana tells Lex that's she's leaving him, her jeep explodes as she gets into it; Lois tries to figure out the significance of a set of numbers Wes mentioned before he died and learns they are coordinates. These coordinates end up being the location of Lex's secret wraith project. While investigating the location, a security guard mortally wounds Lois. But Chloe soon finds her and unwittingly uses her special powers to heal Lois. Unfortunately, it looks as though she's given her own life to save Lois; and, Clark goes to the lab to confront Lex but finds the wraith instead. It uses a piece of his DNA to take the form of Bizarro Clark, and the two do battle just as the dam comes apart.
