Ozzy tells his teammates that he has the Hidden Immunity Idol. Jeff Probst announces to the teams that they will no longer be competing as Fans vs. Favorites and names new team captains to select the new teams--Team Malakal versus Team Airai. The Airai tribe wins, but Jonathan is injured in the competition and the Medical team has to be called in. Airai wins the Immunity challenge and Joel is sent home.
