The Invaders (1967-1968)

While driving home on a deserted country road one evening, architect David Vincent witnesses the landing of a craft from another galaxy. Its inhabitants, aliens who appear in human form and who plan to make the Earth their home, fail in their initial attempt to kill Vincent, the only man who can expose them. Stories depict Vincent's lonely attempts to thwart alien objectives and convince a disbelieving world that "the nightmare has already begun."
